Accepting these terms

By creating a Soira account or using the Soira service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Soira.

The service

Soira is a free fashion app that digitizes your wardrobe, builds outfits from items you own, plans trips, and surfaces brand items you might like. Soira is provided "as is" without warranty.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect existing users.

Your account

You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old. Provide accurate information when signing up.

Your content

The photos you upload and the metadata you enter about your wardrobe remain your property. By uploading content you grant Soira a non-exclusive license to process it as necessary to provide the service (storing, transforming for background removal and AI tagging, displaying back to you).

You represent that you own (or have rights to use) every photo you upload, and that nothing you upload infringes another person's rights or violates the law.

Sponsored content

The Discover feed contains paid brand placements. Items marked "Sponsored" are paid for by the brand for prominent placement. When you tap a Buy button, Soira may earn an affiliate commission on your purchase. The brand's own terms apply after you leave the app.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the service, scrape it programmatically, flood it with automated requests, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use it to upload content that's illegal in your jurisdiction.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soira is provided without warranty of any kind, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months — currently zero, since Soira is free.

Changes

When these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date and notify active users.
